Masterandskills is an Italian Business School designed and managed by managers, university professors, entrepreneurs, specialized trainers and managerial consultants, and provides post-graduate high education projects. The main objective is to allow professional and relational growth of human resources inside concrete business dynamics, strengthening skills and developing new competencies thanks to the methodological integration of experiential training.

The analysis of labour market needs is the starting point for the Business School and for the subjects of each master.

The Department of Methods and Models for Economics, Territory and Finance of Sapienza University in Rome supports scientific research projects and works in partnership with companies in managerial training, market research, management and statistical analysis of data and economic-financial analysis for the biggest European and extra-European players. The mission is the creation of a research context based on the integration of multidisciplinary tools and approaches aimed at the description and analysis of economic phenomena, territory management, supporting decisions in financial fields.

The first relevant mission of Mands is to bring out of the University, knowledge, change management training projects, research and development projects, preparatory to new business models, consultancy and training projects tailored to the needs of the company. The second relevant mission is to intercept new competencies required from companies in order to tailor masters for new managerial and professional profiles.

Assoknowledge is an Italian Association for the Education and Knowledge of “Confindustria Innovative and Technological Services” and represents both the Enterprise Training of Human Resources and producers and users of knowledge. ASPECT –MANAGEMENT AND INTERCULTURAL RELATIONS - Bulgaria

ASPECT – Management and Intercultural Relations (ASPECT-MIR) provides researches, training concepts and Peer Learning Models, in help of managers and other professionals to identify skills gaps and needs, identify future needs and ways to address them, methods to encourage collaboration and joint capacity-building. ASPECT-MIR focuses on supporting adults for flexible and individual education and take measures to prevent them from giving up their studies by designing programmes and attractive training materials and adjust human resource training in agreement with the needs of people development and the needs of the organisation and prepare employers, employees and educational organisations for the future. ASPECT-MIR main purpose is to bring the words of training and work closer together and create strong connection between knowledge and learning economy frameworks and interest in clusters and networks.

Our Design Thinking –based Peer Learning Method for volunteer managers and other third sector staff is welcomed with enthusiasm from EU countries and is highly appreciated from the Finnish National Agency for Education and labour market. We create processes where groups decide on their own learning goals and work on them. The testing phase among 10 EU countries reflected the diversity of the European third sector helping volunteers to interact, creating spaces for volunteering in cities and facilitate learning processes that focus on the user.
The organisation is associated with a wide range of partners (SMEs; Adult education and youth organisations, Universities, non-profit organisations , foundations and networks.), from various EU countries.

"Association “My World” is registered in 2003 and has 37 members. We have 5 offices – in Harmanli, Haskovo, Kardjali, Sliven and Galabovo - South Bulgaria. Two of our members are part of the TEAM EUROPE Bulgaria and provide and disseminate EU information to the public, business and local authorities.

We are part of BIA /Bulgarian Industrial Association network /www.bia-bg.com/, and represent locally more than 320 employers from the region /local businesses, exporters, craftsmen, agricultural producers, tourist industry/.

We are experienced in entrepreneurship /including social/, business support and counselling, investment issues, youth activities, enhancement of employment skills, formal and informal trainings, serious games, gamification, etc.

Our main activities are as follows: Consultation services to SMEs, NGOs and municipalities; Organisation and conducting of training seminars & workshops for business support, entrepreneurship, green economy and RES, employability skills, EU key policies and legislation, foreign trade, EU projects; Consultation services about implementation of ISO 9000, 14000, 18000, 22000, 27000, CE mark, HACCP; Implementation of EU funded projects; Training of the Local Action Groups under the rural program.

UBIMEDICAL is a space of excellence to articulate the connection between the University and the business world. Created to expedite the transfer of knowledge in the search for new technologies, it allows companies to develop the research and laboratory tests necessary to effectively commercialize new products, generating added value for the economy.

UBIMEDICAL comprises two distinct areas: the laboratory area and the incubation area. The laboratory area has the mission of supporting and transferring technology, and comprises a set of resident laboratories coordinated by UBI professors in the areas of health and life sciences. I-Box Create is a consulting company from Valencia created in 2013 and specialized in Strategic Innovation Management for Construction, Renewable Energies and Water Management sectors.

The company arises as a result from the extensive staff experience, that had been working in research centres and private companies before, when they realized that the consulting R+D services in current market did not achieve the necessary expertise for activities development.
