Nowadays, Real Estate activities in Italy, Cyprus, Greece, Portugal, Spain and Bulgaria still represent a not productive sector, due to an outdated logic underestimating of the management strategy of and enhancement of properties. A change of approaches and perspectives is now affecting Real Estate activities in Europe, asking to overcome the traditional buying & selling logic and increase the influence of managerial culture in the sector.

The project aims to provide new professionals with Real Estate upgraded skills and competences, in order to become competitive and productive on international markets and to carry out, in their own countries, a new model of Real Estate management inspired by innovation in the management of space, energy resources, and other facilities.
